Default Billet grills and light trims?

I'm new on here...actually this is my first thread. I just got a 98 LS 400, which I already love, and I was wondering what all of you thought about the grills and head and tail light trims from Billet or any other manufacturer. I noticed them on ebay and the grill looks nice and it sounds like it will last but i'm not very mechanically inclined and I'm not sure about installation. There are no good pics of the head and tail light trims either so I was wondering if any of you have them or have seen any good pics of them. Thanks!

You can get clear indicators on luxurymods.com for around $50. As for grills there is an old thread on this forum that shows you how to make them if you have the patience. You can buy the grill material from Home Depot or some Auto parts places for $20-30. I just made some and ill post some pix when I have fitted them. I have never checked out eBay for stuff (funny cause I love eBay!!). Let me know where you find cool stuf cause I am fairly new to all this. Only got my LS400 a few months ago.

there arent any true "billet" grills on ebay for the 98-00 LS400 iirc. the ones i see are either those POS $20 kits (slats+double sided tape) or the ~$220 ones that Carson sells that are OEM grills painted chrome.

some of the higher-end JDM companies make them but they START at around $300+shipping.

Those "POS $20 kits" are made of plastic just like the OEM grill on my '96 LS.

I think it's a nice, cheap upgrade and it looks good, too.

You can't go wrong for the price.
