Default Blue LED's

Just thought I'd post a pic up of my LED blue Ignition suround , all the down lights front and back , the boot light , the glove box and footwell lights and the two in the rear quarter panels are now blue LED's and they look great !!
Also going to change the main light that goes on when you open the door from the current really bright 4 x LED in white to blue as well , after all when you open the door you want ambience light not something that fries your retina's !!
If need real light I can switch on one of the two either side which also have white LED's in them .
The car looks really cool at night when you open a door and you get this real blue glow !!

did u have to shave down the no. 74 LED u used?

i remember i had to do that in my old LS since the LED was a tad longer than the bulb used to be and didnt fit into the surrounding plastic correct.

post some more pics il throw some on when i get time to finish wiring mine

Nope , got a packet of T5 LED's that go straight in to the key , footwells and glovebox .
Used a single T10 super in the boot and the T10 with 4 super bright LED's on them for the door downlights , pull one out and straight in they went , too easy !!
The only one that's going to be tricky is the sealed in plastic drivers door key light , fortunately I have a spare to play with .

When you install the ambient blue light turn on one of your reading lights at the same time and look at the shadow on some white paper... its pretty trippy. Ive had mine for awhile and I love it.
