hi guys.. i am so shocked.. my battery light came on so i knew it was my alternator cause my hi pressure was leaking before now after it was done i took it to the mechanic and got it changed.. i think i got a 120 amp alternator for my 95ls400 but the problem is the battery light is still on and i showed it to the mechanic they tested the alternator and its reading close to 14.00 volts and my radar detector is reading around the same voltage so what could it be thats making the light stay on??

You have a bad cluster resistor.

uhm whats that.. and what am i suposed to do?? can i do it myself?

It is located on the cluster the ground may be damaged causing it to set the light off. It is made for someone with electronics background to fix.
