Default test drive of 95 LS

hi test drove the 95 ls today ,and boy thank god i did"nt buy it. started with the acceleration of the car each time you moved this clicking noise came from the engine .the shocks could not handle the simplest dip on the road ,the gated shifter took a lot of effort to move from drive to park vice versa,cd rack gone aerial broke.checked engine, and power steering fluid was black and the exhaust was smoking blue smoke.

That just seems like an example of a poorly maintained vehicle.

I've driven my father's 2003 and 2006 Infinit G35 and though the acceleration is better than my 1993 LS400, I still prefer my LS over his G.

I used to drive Nissan 240sx's and a Jetta GLX vr6. I wouldn't trade my LS for anything.

Find a nicely maintained LS and you will be most impressed

I know what you mean! Before I bought my '96 I looked/drove about 10 LS400's. It's amazing how bad people down here in Miami maintain these great cars. Don't get discouraged, there's a lot of great LS's out there.

If a person treats a car like trash no matter how good it is it will have problems.
