I'd like to retro fit my Lexus with the optional cd-changer. I believe all I need is the radio control unit and the changer from a donor car is that correct? would it be easier / less expensive to use an after market radio?

Is there a vendor that sells a complete interior for the ls 400. My seats look horrible and if possible I'd like to change the carpet and door panels too.

IMHO I would just buy an aftermarket cd player. Easier, cheaper. Start burning songs onto disc. You can fit 120 songs onto a disc, no more need for cd changer.

Sure will. I am sure you will need some sort of an adaptor ring to fill out the gaps around the edges, since it is not a perfect rectangle.

has to be custom made, only DIN panels made for the 1/2 LS are single din.
