seafoam vacuum wipers
i did the seafoam thing. car runs better. i used the vacuum hose going to the wipers, which i believe powers the windshield sprayer. put the hose back on. wipers work, but no spraying. yes, there is juice in the winshield washer tank. suggestions? thoughts?
by the way, i tried to put the important terms in the title. i think this will be much more helpful to future searchers than "what do you think?", or "have a problem", or any of the other totally non-specific titles people use.

I am sure you used a vacuum line but it was not for the wipers as they use an electric motor hidden under the cowl. You may have used the brake booster hose but it was definitely not for the wipers.
