New specs will be 19x11" with 245/35 and 19x12.5" 275/30 under stock fenders WITHOUT a buttload of camber!

I'm hoping to get the fender to sit on the wheel lip, tucking tire.

anyone have an idea what wheels are these? 17 inch, I think they fit the LS quite nicely
edit: ok, I found them. For anyone curious, these come from 2000 ucf21 "platinum edition".

does anyone know if these will fit my 91 ls400 with h&r lowering springs
Wheel Diameter (Inches) - 18"
Wheel Width (Inches) - 8.5"
PCD Bolt Pattern - 5x114.3
Offset - +44mm
Hub Bore - 73mm

those should fit fine as it's on the conservative side, just watch your tire sizing. do not go too wide or you risk rubbing on the inside and outside. what tire size are you planning on getting?

the tires that came with the wheels are 245/40/18 is that gonna be too big?
