Those remind me of my C6 Vette wheels. I dig it.

So many beautiful cars.

I wish there was more info to help me. I want to run 19's on my 98 LS400, but I would like to not have to run spacers or adapters and roll the fenders.

Well I went though the whole thread. Granted I didn't read everything, but I did pay attention to what guys were posting with there pics. I saw where everyone put what size wheels and what offset, but I don't think everyone put if they run adapters or spacers. It seems like everywhere read tells me I will have to do this to clear the calipers.

Well your only going to run a spacer if you want to push the wheel out further from the hub and adapters are for wheels that have a different bolt pattern from our cars. Just get a wheel that's 5x114 and pay close attention to the offset.

I just get the impression that finding great wheels to just bolt up and clear the calipers is difficult.

Offset has ZERO to do with clearing the calipers.... It's all about "Caliper Pad" or "disc" sizing.
My 19x10 33et fronts perfectly clear my calipers, where as my 19x11 32et need about 8-10mm of spacer to clear...

Interesting. So I take it wheels that have a deep inner mounting surface are the ones to look for.

We are off topic in this thread but relating to the offset of the wheel will determine if your going to have to do any work on your fenders ( shave/roll/cut/pull ) to make them fit. Your stock wheels are 16x7 with an offset of 44 or 45. The lower the offset the more it will push out towards the fender. Hope that helps.

Had some EVO VIII wheels sitting at the shop, tossed them on my '93, very happy with the look. They are 17x8" 35mm offset, no spacers, running 235/50/17 Pilots. Not sure if I'm gonna run centering rings or not, these use hub-centric lugs, currently running two conical lugs per wheel to center them.
