Exclamation Lexus LS400 Acceleration Issue

Hi,

I am from middle east and 4 months ago I had bought a Lexus with 141K on it with American Spec. It was running like a charm and then unfortunately due to the black smoke “another story” I had to replace the engine. The replacement was a japense spec engine which is around 250 $. Oh yeah, here scrap rules. Everything was running smoothly for a week then I felt a little vibration and found out one of the plug wires was damaged. After replacing the cable everything worked fine for a week and then suddenly the car won’t pick up the acceleration even after hitting the paddle hard and there is a strange smell like if petrol is burning coming out from exhaust system. It takes twice to hit the ignition to turn on the car. On first ignition it just makes strange cranking novices but on the second ignition it takes only a second to start up.

My friend has a garage and he has two same cars so I replaced and checked coils “I can see proper current”, checked with multiple air flow sensor, throttle sensors and brand new plugs. There is definitely improvement in terms of missing and normal acceleration but when I hit the gas hard, it does not go faster as it is suppose to do. I tried to look for the trouble codes but computer is not giving any codes. It is saying “NO TROUBLE CODE FOUND”.

Please Please Help me because I was about to sell this car and about to buy me a new ES350 and without selling this car I cant.
