i just did mine... because my switch blew out...
93 ls400---

follow that...but instead... i wired one to ground...and one to my *air suspension* fuse(i dont have air suspensions)
so it just runs as DRL's

I have a 94 LS400 and I attempted this mod, lets just say it didn't work. Fortunately I am an avid fuser so I didn't harm anything.
But when I pulled the fuse instead of the

as seen in the schematic
the fuse read
21

and on the inside it read different numbers.
Am I to use the prong that is in the the number 2 spot? Am I supposed to pull the fuse completely and put male connectors into their respective spots and use Ignition to the original number 2 spot????
How exactly is this procedure to happen. Can I tap into the wires under that fuse panal and not from the fuse?

Searched but could only find for the newer Ls and even then weren't great pictures, or detailed instructions.
What I'm looking for is the mod (for 1990 LS400) so that the foglights can be turned on anytime independent of the headlights.
pictures of which wires to used and how to access them would be great.

Off topic:
Wow that's my 1992 PDW '97 convert SC400 back in '04 and that's my cousins LS400, don't ask me about the fog light mod cuz i don't know.
