Default white/grey smoke on startup?

Ok so I figured out it's not the headgasket, but in the morning when I first start the car up, I get some grey/white smoke and it just smells like unburnt fuel. it's not steam since it lingers for a bit but then once the car is on for more than 45 seconds it turns into the normal condensation of steam. Is this smoke that is greyish white just unburnt fuel since it smells strongly of only gas? I would figure since the cats are not warm they are unable to get rid of it? BTW, the smoke is not hot nor moist like exhaust gas steam. Thanks and sorry for all the dumb questions. I am a noob, but did search!!!

Sounds normal! But check your power steering fluid level. If it is disappearing?
without a leak showing.Your idle up value might be going bad. Sucking power
steering fluid into your intake.

I 2nd, 3rd, and 4th this theory. This is a very common problem on the 1st gen Lexus.
