hey all im in australia and i have a 94 ls400 jap import. and its got a bit of a running prob at 1st it was not to good i did timing belt leads and plugs air filter and it went beter (not missing) but wood not spin the wheels and a big slug to take off and then i did a fule filter and it span em up well for about 5 mins and is running bad agen i thort it mite have bad fule press... but if your going 100 (60mph) and floor it it will fly upto 90mph but when your going 0 to 50 mph its a bug fat slug its like it takes off in 2nd and has a but of a prob. but if you hold it in 1st it takes off beter and put in into 2nd its go's good. any 1 had this prob????????? its doing me head in.

What kind of fuel are you using? I always use 95 octane which is called premium and only buy from BP, Caltex, Mobil or Shell. Stay away from the independent stores as they cuold be blending ethenol. You could have crap in your tank or your fuel pump could be stuffed. I heard of one idiot that put thinners in his tank to clean the injectors and the result was a melted fuel pump. A real mess. You really don't know the history of these grey imports.

i was thinking the pump but it go's so well from 60 to 150. i cleaned the tank and it was a mess i got sum jelly **** out of it and just other crap o and i run it on 98 from bp as they cant get premium
