Default Small leak help

Please refer to picture below. I don't what exactly needs to be replaced here. I'm assuming there's a small rubber ring under the bolt and if there is, this might be the problem. I'm hoping someone here knows the part # so I can order it. Or is it something else?

It looks to me like the leak is coming from the small hose at the back of the bolt. Furthermore, it appears that the hose is deteriorated and cracked.

I would replace the hose and replace the clamp with a clamp that tightens with a screw.

The bolt in the picture is where you add coolant when doing a coolant replacement. I don't recall if there is an 0-ring or gasket under the bolt. Surely, there is one or the other.

Yes stated above by CUMan, I would replace the hose, and clamp, and see what happens from there. Hold up yet to replacing anything major.

When I first noticed it, I cleaned up the mess to see exactly where the leak was coming from. After a few days I went back and checked and the leak was coming right out of under the bolt. Weird! that's why I asked cause I've yet to check what's under it. I'm still learning about this car. Thanks for the inputs though, I will replace the hose as advice too. thanks again!
