Climate control backlight for NAV equipped cars

Does this tutorial generally apply even for '98-00s with navigation. If not, any suggestions on how to replace the bulbs for the top row where the temp/time/etc settings are located, thanks.

Just for clarification, I need to replace the backlight bulbs for the areas I am pointing to

it SHOULD be similar, just open it up and swap the bulbs.
