? About Black Rims
Anyone have or can direct me to pics of a (prefereably 1st Gen) Black/grey LS400 with BLACK rims on it? Everyone keeps telling me black rims would look good on my car, and I'm starting to believe them but would like to see and example.
I went to tire rack and tried a couple black rims on the car but its a really poor view of it and I dont like the rims. Obviously how its gonna look depends on the rim, and if anyone has any examples of what rims might look good and fit, Id be happy to take a look. I only want 18-19s though, No 20s. Thanks. Peace

That actually looks pretty fresh. And I like the idea of 18s cause I love the ride of my car, and dont want it to be to rocky of a ride. Of course thats grey but, nevertheless, Im getting the idea. What kind of rims are those? did it require any mods to get it to fit (spacers, rolled fenders)? Oh what size tires too??

Played out only qualifies if you are doing it to follow a trend.
Black on black has been around as long as white on white, hence the term mono tone.
If you are doing it to be stylish it will feel out of place quick. I have a friend with a LS that is all black on black and dumped on 18's. I love the 18's on the car over his chrome 20's.
