'91 engine jerks occasonally at 40-50 MPH after engine wash
Help ... my car jerks and shakes after engine wash last weekend. I did not cover the elec'l components. Stupid me ... After replaced the park plugs, it idled better but car occasionally jerks and shark between 40-50 mph.

hate to tell you this...
but I'd check your connections AGAIN - make sure they're tight and also check to make sure you didn't get the Distributor/rotors wet. Look inside where the wires plug into the Distributor and also the coils.
Might have got some condensation - steam in there if you used hot water to spray off.
