I had no idea Lexus ever made a cloth LS - let alone an all RED interior. Anyone ever seen this?

The 1990 LS400 I owned for over 13 years had a gray cloth interior -- the cloth held up extremely well and looked like new when I sold the car. But I have never seen a red interior. Blue cloth, yes, but not red. The early SC300 also came with a cloth interior at a bottom retail price of around $32,000.

looks like my grandma's couch. All it needs now is the clear plastic wrapping. Different, but not my taste. Plus its not in the best of shape either. I do like red and black leather interiors though. Nice idea, but wrong execution IMO.

Looks like a cressida on the inside weird didnt know the LS400 came with burgundy interior does anyone know all the interior colors that were offered.

You know if you took that car and bought a leatherseats.com kit in burgundy/maroon/red leather.. it would look amazing! You would have to do the door panels as well. As it stands right now though...

that car was on ebay. UGLY! I kind of wish i had a grey cloth interior. Cloth can just stand the test of time so much better. It doesnt squeek either! I also saw a black 90 LS400 on ebay with red leather interior.

Soooo first gen's offered leather in Dark Mauve ( brownish purple color),black, grey,beige, blue and red. And they offered cloth in red, blue and grey.

I think the car might be a Toyota Celcior with Lexus badges although it might have been an order off the line car. Looks like the sunroof is is aftermarket.

Thats exactly what came to mind when I saw the pics. the Burgundy was a hit back in the mid 80's and late 80's. I remember Toyota's that were fully loaded came in burgundy, it was desired back in the day.

My mom had an 85 cressida with burgundy leather and my dad had an 86 with brown velour. Back then i thought it was cool.
