Most of you guys probably remember about a month ago my car was broken into. They broke my drivers side window completely and stole a lot of stuff. Well I finally got my car back together, with a new window, and new leather But while experimenting, I found something strange. The alarm doesn't trigger from my driver's door! e.g. I locked the car, with the windows down, the alarm light was flashing. I reached in and unlocked the driver's side door and nothing happened. I then did this from the passenger door and the alarm started ringing.

So is this how the thieves got away with all my goods without my knowing? Perhaps the alarm didn't even trigger when they broke in.

All the power locks and window functions etc still work as they should.
