Have just fitted two new front Arnotts airbags .
I'm very impressed with what I received by freight , the whole top piece [ 75 mm deep ] is billet alloy including the TEMS motordrive mount , also the adjusting TEMS off centre blade is wider than the standard units so is better , also no top rubber to deterioate over time and fail , a very professional well thought out piece of kit .
There is also a 16 mm rubber pad that the unit bolts up against on the strut tower , that is going to transmit heaps less NVH than the standard 1.6 mm thick steel plate , a nice touch !!
Had the first one fitted in about 30 mins , the second one within 20 mins , everything thing fitted just as it should , very pleased .
The road test was awesome , have always run the TEMS on hard since I first had the car which is about 40,684.2 K's ago , now on the normal setting it's great .
Very very pleased , worth every cent , in comparison to new standard Lexus units they are better and rebuildable with out having to cut them apart , no doubt that's the way too go !!
