Default Ride Height

Hey Gang,

I am thinking about getting 18" for man LS 400. I was wondering how is the ride height if i change to 18". I will be using stock air suspension shocks. Please let me know asap. Thanks

I am conjecturing that you want your car to stand taller with the 18" wheel. This will not necessarily happen. You need to compute the current diameter of your wheel and tire combination and compare it to the proposed 18" wheel and tire combo. Larger wheels allow for less tire height and heightened performance due to less distortion of the tire wall. If you dont have the formula to compute these, let me know and I will post.

I have 18's on 235's and the car was lowered abit.I would not suggest 18's because they are still to small for the LS's monsteroius fender walls. At least 19's I would suggest.
