Default 2 Cars One Dilema

I was just passing by a Lexus dealership, and stopped to say hello to one of salesman.
Puff !!
2000 LS400 silver, good exterior ,clean interior.Standard equip (No navi) 85.400 Miles.Good tires .Fugly upgraded rims similar to the 2001/2002 model.
Test drove the car little pull to the right good brakes no shakes no rattles.
Painted bumpers?
Film in the left headlight in the upper part?
Service records done up to 75K miles .
5000 miles intervals respected.
V belt replaced at 68K?.
Well maintened.
No 90K service done.
Asking in the first round, $18900.
Too late To do anything

Out of the corner of my eye a 2002 pull over. Someone was test driving the car.
2002 LS base ( no heated seats just the badge) Certified with 44.500 miles white cream interior. Asking 32K. this is firm.

So i left , my head spinning.
Please any ideas about the prices quoted, and condition of the 2000 LS.
I have to go back tomorrow and atart the dealing on this cars

Was the 2000 a Platinum Edition? They had the wheels like the 2001, hate those too. Sounds like it could be a good car and was well cared for. Guess it just depends on what you want, a 400 or a 430.

I did NOT see any badges telling me platinum edition.

Wow, are you guys for real? LS400's with 75K are going for 15-16K around here. a 2000 might fetch 16-18,000.

Im talking private party of course. But I would rather get an LS with 90K, with the service done, then to have to pay for it after getting the car. Im looking to sell my LS soon... might buy a GS4. Im looking to sell for around $14K
