Are you talking about the carpet mats (removable) or the auctual carpet of the car? The mats are easy to find on ebay. They sell for about $100. I haven't bought any but they seem to come from a Lexus dealership thats selling things online. I don't see them listed on eBay right now, but check back. They do show up often. These mats do have the Lexus embroidery and such. I'm sure you can get decent quality generic mats for cheaper, but they wont be Lexus badged. The dealership will also sell you badged carpets at a dealership price, if you're desperate.

ebay has real lexus ones for like 100 and then aftermarket carptet ones made for ls but doesnt say lexus for like 30
