Any How-To's for Spring/Shock Install on 95-97?
Hey Folks -
Finally got some wheels "TIS 05" (20 x 8.5 38mm offset). The springs and shocks (Bilsteins/L-Sportline) are on the way. I was wondering if there any special instructions out there I should know about before I do the upgrade?
- Back seat removal special instructions/issues?
- Plastic bits and pieces removal instructions?
- Strut removal issues?
- And any kind of shortcuts would be greatly appreciated!!!
I'm still debating whether to set the Bilsteins to the lower perch setting since I'm running 245/35/20 Toyo Proxes. The offset on the wheels are perfect but if I want to tuck the wheels under, I may have to roll the fenders.
Anyone out there sitting on 20's with 1.5-2" drops?
As soon as I get it done, I will post some pics up....... TIA!

Clears perfectly!!! Installed hub centric rings with the wheels and no wobbles on the freeway at all!
The wheels looks like the stock wheels w/ rivets added and of course 20 inches big! Keeps the cars classy looks and not a wanna-go-fast import.
I'll post the pics up when I finally get it lowered. It doesn't look good just with the wheels. I'm just waiting on the shocks.
