Any Instruction On DIY CD Changer Removal?
Hi Everyone -
After having my share of BMW repairs, I started lurking this board and reading about the Lexus. After convincing myself that you guys are not Lexus paid spies, I found a nice pre-owned '97 LS400 . BOY am I impressed with it so far !! All records on it, a nice Beige Coach Edition. I must admit that although it does not handle as well as my e38, it is by far the most well engineered car I have ever owned, and based on all I have read, it is the most reliable luxury car in the World.
Problem-
The only problem with it is the clicking of the CD Player and the dreaded error - it's done I think.
Does anyone have any step by step instructions on removing it? I don't want to screw up this beautiful interior, but I'd like to take it out and fix it, or send it off for repair.
Thanks in advance for any advice you can share.
All The Best!!

I appreciate the replies. I'm kinda embarrassed because after I posted the thread and got used to the forums, I found several posts with the same problem and a link here:
