Default Where is the Oil filter located on a '98

Im planning on doing my own oil change on my '98 LS400. I cant seem to see the oil filter from the bottom side of the car. I can easily find the oil drain plug, but canot seem to locate the filter can some one please post pics on how to find it, or a tutorial?

its right on the drivers side of the pan but you have to remove the engine undercover to see it

I was thinking about starting to do my own oil changes too.... is this cover you're referring to pretty easy to remove/replace?

I've never looked under the car since I got it last November.

Is that the whole engine cover the 6 bolts by the front bumper and the 4 in the back to drop the whole thing?

not really, just a 10mm ratchet and it comes down real easy,if thats too much just take the back 2 bolts off on the drivers side and stick your hand in there and twist but that could get oi all over the cover
