Those two back reflectors as well as the side reflectors on the rear bumper look pretty lame.

yeah they are nasty, the 90-94 LS400 taill lights are already the size of a football field, as if it could possibly need more on top of that..

That looks from another country. The car has toyoyta tags on it. I bet thats why you cant find the body kit. I remember when i was in japan i saw stuff like that. Lexus' with toyota tags and different names.

they're not back reflectors, they're rear fog lights. many cars in japan and the uk had optional rear fog lights. some people just added them into the rear bumper. newer cars (both euro and japanese) have them integrated into the rear taillight.

whether or not you like them, of course is your own opinion, but they are functional.
