Default So the speedometer doesn't tell speed.....

Yeah I have a little problem with my 1992 LS400. Its sort of developed over the last few months, but now its ridiculous. The speedometer is stuck, it won't move off 0. It seems like the warmer the car gets, the more it works. Like in the mornings when its cold, it stays glued to 0 for my entire commute. In the afternoons when its warmer, it works like normal...sometimes a little sluggish depending on the temperature outside. That seems kind of a wierd correlation but thats just what I have noticed. Anybody else ever had this problem? I really need to take care of it now because its really irritating at this point. It would be great if its a DIY thing because I hate to go spend a fortune and let the Lexus dealer handle it...
