someone with a LS400 manual?

hello

i have a 1992 LS400...

the traction control light is staying on in the dashboard...

i have queried the diagnostic computer and its giving me an error 13 (or 31,but im pretty sure its a 13)

could anyone tell me what that code refers to please?

Sorry Forgpt to add that there is no 31Code i can find in the manual. I have a 1992 model as well. Let me know if it works out for you. Good luck!
