Welcome Blitz, you've got a great car, I got one too.

www.aaarims.com sells those rims as folows.

Machined finish (stock) $187.50 a piece. Total $750. They do a $100 discount for buying in pairs, so that lowers the price to $650. Shipping is $12.50 a wheel, so that brings the total to $701.80 delivered to your shop of choice or door.

The chrome wheels are $322.50 a piece. Total $1241.80 shipped (includes pair discount)

Now one wheel you might want to look at is this one:

This is the 2000 LS400 Platinum Edition wheel. I'm thinking about having them put on my LS400. The price is $771.80 delivered (includes discount)

They also come in chrome for $1311.80 installed.

To access the wheels go here:
https://www.aaarims.com/cgi-bin/Web_...le=wheel.setup

Now aaarims will actually buy your wheels back, I'm not sure how much they pay though.

Then you can have the tires you have now mounted on the new wheels when they're installed, or buy new ones.

If you buy new ones get the Dunlop SPSport 5000s' V rated. They go for about $90 each and are great.

Good luck and welcome!

They 16x7 same as the 98 wheels.

I like the wheels on my 98, especially when they're clean and polished, but I like the Platinum rims too.

Default nice rims going cheap

Anyone looking for a nice set of rims for an LS400 could do a lot worse than these OZ (made for Lexus) ones.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cg...548770&r=0&t=0

And, as for getting ripped off on eBay, no doubt that can happen, but I have personally bought wheels from this guy and he is the top man for cut-price, best quality wheels. Just check out his feedback. And if you don't fancy these particular rims, check out his other auctions. (He deals extensively in all OEM Lexus wheels.) If you still don't see what you want, email him on NGOBROS2000@aol.com - his name is Charlie - and he will find it for you. It would also be nice if you could mention my name (Kim) and/or the Club Lexus community.

By the way, I am nothing more than a very satisfied customer of his. I have no financial interest whatsoever in his business.
