Welcome to clublexus,spkyedawg.

1.Pull the out wooden piece that surrounds the shift ****.(make sure you are in neutral)
2.Pull out the ashtray and them you will see two screws on the left and right side.(remove them)
3.use a flathead screwdriver and pop lose the airconditioner vents on the top part of the center consle.(remove the enitre unit that contains the air con. vents)
4.You now will find to more screws, again on the left and right side(remove those)
5.Then the radio and air con. control panel can be removed.

This is the fastest way to remove the center consule.

As for the CD changer dido?
