Costs: ~$350 . Pretty steep. Would advise the comparable Eibach Sportline springs (L-Sportline OEMs theses anyways) for ~$300 if you're price conscious.

Looks: Drops ~1.5" and makes the LS430 looks very sporty (in line with the S Class finally). There's approximately 2 finger gap now, without the "ghetto drop" look. This is how Lexus should of made the Sport suspension look like from the beginning.

Performance: Better handling than before. I am hesistant to say great (as I used to drive a S2000), but for the size and weight of the vehicle, it is very agile now and can maneuver around with a lot better manageability.

Comfort: There is some noticeable bounciness to the ride around, but I was told this would settle down as I break in the springs, but nothing really perturbing. Over large potholes and the like, it can get a little harsh, but nothing on the level of say a slammed Civic or so. It is probably a little more bumpy than most typical LS430 owners are accustomed too, but not too bad.

Summary: Fabulous looks now, with a little more sportiness to the LS's demeanor, without sacrifcing too much comfort!

YOu don't have the ultra luxury package do you with the adjustable suspension? If you do, how were you able to change the springs? Thanks.

No I didn't opt for the UL package, instead for the Sport/ML/NAV because I knew what I was going to do with future mods (e.g. springs, etc.).

Probably not the first, nor the last, but hopefully somewhat more original than the next Joe Schmoe (Hey that's the reason I bought the LS instead of the GS...there's enough of them fixed up already, and I don't need "sportiness" after having 2 600hp Supra TT's and a visceral S2000!)

It'll look something like this (without the ghetto tint of course):

I forgot to post a couple of intangibles for those intersted:

1. I bottomed out last night going out of our company garage! Ouch...never though that would happen. I guess it's time for those 20" to come in already!

2. The price of installation is outrageous. Due to the complexity of the install (takes over 4 hours @ $60/hour), the labor involve can cost almost as much as the spring. Make sure the person you have a trustworthy mechanic. The labor is pretty tedious having to strip out the front end engine covers and the back end seats! I'm pretty **** about losing even a non-essential bolt (especially at these prices they charge), so watch carefully. Nothing worse than to hear rattles around afterwards!
