Question DTC P0753 Shift Solenoid Replacement

I have a 95 LS400 with 176,000 miles on it. Car runs great! Smoothest car I have ever had. I bought it with 23k on the OD back in 97!

I maintain my cars well, only the best. I follow maint schedules to the day, like the transmission fluids, motor oil, timing belts and so on, but yesterday the check engine light came on and I pulled a couple of codes out.
One is for the O2 sensor #2 on the second bank behind the converter, no biggie! Expected it!

The second was a code P0753, Eletrical circuit for shift solenoid "A". This one seems to be a bit more intimidating. I have searched the forum, but all I found were a couple of diagrams on how the DTC uses and engages the solenoids and some cases where the same codes came up, but no one says how to repair it, other than to take it to your local mechanic! The car, with the check engine light on still runs fine. I have not noticed any changes in the shifting at all.

I pulled the Pan after a little research and checked the solenoid. Both "A" and "B" solenoid worked fine. I went ahead and swapped them to see if indeed it was the solenoid and sure enough the same code came back telling me that it is indeed a short in the circuit, not the solenoid itself and the connector for the solenoid looked good as well.
Does the wire between the solenoid and the ECT have a fuse somewhere that I can replace? If not, then does anyone have the pinout of the trans harness so that I can trouble-shoot the connection? Is there a trick to getting to the harness? It looks tight!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
