Sluggish Acceleration From Dead Stop
My 1994 LS 400 has 99,500 miles. In general, it runs great, but I often feel a slight hesitation upon initial acceleration. About 5,000 miles ago, I took it in to have the timing belt replaced, and I mentioned the problem to my mechanic. He said that the plugs needed changing; however, I still feel the slight hesitation upon acceleration. Could it be the fuel injectors? The mechanic said that the injectors were fine. Please advise.
