ummmm......you posted the picture with the question "hot rims?", I answered. If you'll notice on this forum, we all try to be mature enough to handle constructive critisism. It shouldn't matter one iota to you whether I like the rims or not. It's YOUR car. You are the only one that has to be satisfied with it.

i know. constructive criticism? haha...tellin me to get somethin dished isn't really constructive criticism. and i really don't care if you're hatin on my rims. i guess not everybody looks at things the same way. your vision is just a lil different.

OK everyone. Please stop with the personal attacks.

LSBL155, if you like the rims, be happy with that. You post a pic on a publicly available forum with pics and a question "Hot rims?". If you are putting it out there on the net, you will get people who will like the rims and people who do not. That is just the way it is.

I know you are new here so welcome to ClubLexus. Please don't turn the comments towards the rims into personal attacks. That is not how we do things here on CL. Yes, some of the comments could have been voiced more tactfully but they were comments on the rims and not you.

As for your question, the LS is a nice car. Congrats on owning such a fine car. It is a refined luxury vehicle and personally, the style of the rims do not match the style of the vehicle. I agree with you that there is nothing wrong with nice rims on nice cars. It just seems the wheels are not complementary to the car. Again, that is my opinion of the combo. You asked, we answered. If you like it, then our opinions (good or bad) should not have a bearing on your enjoyment of your car.

i agree, if you chose to post pictures up then it's up to other people to post their comments, if you don't like that, that's your problem, but please be nice to othe rpeople when they are just posting their opinions. we do not allow any personal attacks here, and your "so is your face" comment is on the line. please take this as a warning

Exclamation Yes, calm down...

The rims may look great on another car but I too am not feelin' those rims on an LS. LSBL155, you took things a little too personal as if someone was trying to attack you. The comments you have made sure makes you seem like you're 12 years old. If you like your rims then keep them. If you decide you want other rims, sell the ones you have on E-Bay, and put them towards some other rims. That simple. That "so is ur face" comment was just way too childish. And someone on here called you "gurl" so I'm taking it that you're a car-chick. I find girls who are into cars (let alone fine cars like the LS 400) very rare to find and is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Please don't make me think differently of "car-chicks" because of your actions. I truly admire you as a girl who owns a very fine car.

Here's a tight 1st Gen LS for you all:

That kit will be arriving at my house in about 4 weeks. *cheers*
