1991 LS400 A/C Issues

My A/C doesn't work. I did the diagnostic test outlined here:

And I got code 21 "Open or short in solar sensor circuit"

Anyone know what this is or how to fix it?

Did you test it out at Night? Because you will get that error since the sensors cant detect any sun light at night.

Try the test during the day once more, and see if it spits out any codes.
