I couldn't tell you an exact procedure but there are 4 14mm bolts (I think 14mm, may be 12mm).
Remove your floormats, remove the 4 plastic clips covering the bolts.
Use the correct size wrench and unbolt the 4 bolts. I believe the seat will tilt back due to the weight of the back, so be careful (been a long time since I removed those out of my old car).
There are wires underneath the seat which control the power adjustments and seat heater (if equipped) - these have a (man! I forgot all these terms..) (something) type connector which can be 'unclipped'.
Be really careful when taking the seat out - the rails are long and can easily scratch your paint.
