1993 with 130k. Wonderful car; have only had it for three weeks, and can see myself driving it forever.....

1994 with 146k miles. Just bought the car and replaced a brake light. Gonna flush radiator, transmission, change differential oil, power steering fluid. Car is absolutely wonderful and looks almost new inside and out. What a wonderful step up from my old 1983 mercedes 300d. Rides better and quieter than most new cars. Got it for $8800 (that included a 2 yr unlimited mile warranty that covers powertrain, ac, powersteering, suspension, abs, etc). If it makes it two years will have been well worth the money.

What do you exactly mean by Ultra Luxury?

I Dont think they sold any Ultra Luxury packages back in '98 here in the US. Unless you have rear seat messager's and seperate rear A/C controls.

I don't have the seat massagers but I do have the rear air control, I just remembered that they said it was the top of the line LS back in 98 or 99 when my dad bought it for himself. But if the ultra had massagers back in 98 then maybe it's not one. The new LS has them though.

Do you have pics of the rear Air control?

You said you had rear Air control. So I was asking if you had pics of the Rear A/C controls. In a UL package, there are seperate AC controls in the back, as well as additional air vents from above the doors.

Here is a pic of a 1990 LS with the UL package:
