Ls400 shaking(whgole car) when coming to stop and the when acclerating from stop
My Ls400 shaking(whole car) when coming to stop and then when acclerating from stop. Any ideas?

Can you provide a bit more description of the problem?
Engine running rough, engine missing, engine oil or coolant looks like chocolate milk, brake pedal vibrates, steering vibrates, tranny selector lever vibrates, tire or wheel....as well, maybe one of the ignition wires is faulty or disconnected, plug/s are dead, tranny gear, cap has bad contact....

Well it's my friend's car. It's a 1990 and had a 1994 tranny put in. Al;so, when it's cold and he shifts to drive, the car shakes. Tranny mounts?

Ignition system is where I would look first.
