97LS400 to 00LS400

Does anyone know if an 00LS400 Headlight, Hood and Front end bolt onto a 97 without modifications?

I just bought this car and I'm glad to find out there are a few good enthusiast for this car!!!!!!!!!

Yes it will.
Fenders, hood, grill, lights, bumper, etc
