Default Where is this oil leak coming from?

Hello out there..i have a 90 LS400 with 235K well maintained miles and i have an oil leak that i'm trying to diagnose. The valve cover gaskets were replaced about 3K miles ago and were recently tightened,so we can eliminate them. The rear main oil seal was replaced 95K miles ago (1998) is it possible it is leaking again? Could the oil pan gasket be bad? Any suggestions, opinions or comments most welcome. The leaking forms a puddle right under the driver side boot (dripping right off the boot) 10" or so in from the front driver side tire.I hope i made myself clear on that.TIA!

This boot cover is on the power steering gear assembly?
How long has it been leaking?
When did you have the timing belt done?
Was it leaking before your last oil change? (I think there may be something that is not allowing a good seal on the oil flter.)
It isn't PS fluid?

If it isn't leaving a huge puddle, you may spray some engine degreaser in that area and clean it up. Watch it over the next day and see if you can spot where it is originating.

Thumbs up Problem solved

Finally was able to get the car on a lift and it was actually power steering fluid leaking from a small hose that is near the rack or going into the rack (drivers side) that needed a 1/2 turn with a wrench to tighten the copper gasket securely. We cleaned the immediate area of all fluid and as the car has been sitting overnight with the ground below clean as a whistle,i can pretty much close the book on this latest adventure!
