What year car do you have? My 98 had a little pocket coming loose just beneath the two sunvisors. My dealer replaced the whole trim piece under the Lexus "Good Will" warrenty about two months ago.

hmm first i heard of this happening. so like before, it's the entire headliner board is sagging?

i would try 3M 10lb double sided tape, made for outdoors. you can tell you have the right stuff when the lining is red.

I watch this British show called Wheeler Dealer where they buy and sell cars. On one of their episodes the headliner of a Rover was sagging. They ended up replacing it with a new one. Major pain in the but. Personally I would work out something with an aerosol spray that you could inject but keep the liner tight. Also a pain in the butt but I would assume less effort than replacing the whole thing.

I finally was able to get some time to deal with this. I took a good look at it and it turns out all of the rear clips had completely come off. I guess the past owner just shoved the thing back up to make ut stay and it finally jiggled loose. I ordered the clips and it should be nice and neat again soon Thanks, dicer it was pretty much what I needed except the ones I needed were 63330A.

And anytime a glued on retainer or what ever comes off a panel a person could use some good quality clear epoxy to glue it back on. Like the things that hold retainers on the trunk panel.
