Default keyless entry - LS400

can the keyless entry on my 1996 LS400 be reprogrammed? I would like to hit the unlock button once and have it unlock all four doors instead of requiring you to hit the unlock button once for drivers and a second time for the rest of the doors.

I haven't been able to find any info on it. I have reprogrammed the keyless entry on other of my non-Lexus vehicles and would like to do the same on the LS400.

Thank you in advance!

You need a special tool to reprogram your computer (i forgot what they call it) but a lexus dealer should do it for free when you in for service.

He might not service his car at a Lexus dealership since it's nine years old already. Once an automobile is out of warranty I see no reason to have it serviced at the dealer unless you have endless funds.

Just so you know, that's a safety/security feature this way no one can jump in on the passengers side when your alone in a dark parking garage etc.
Not sure if it can or cannot be done though, sorry!
