I had the best trip to San Diego from the SF Bay Area now that I was driving my 95 Lexus 400...

I've driven 5 about 300 times over the last 30 years, and I thought my Acura Legend was the best ride I had until this trip, the Lexus 400 just can't be beat for long distance cruising at 80-100mph ...had it up to 110 for awhile and you just couldn't even tell if the engine was even trying...

this was the smoothest, most comfortable long trip ride I've ever had...

everything was great, but in San Diego, I couldn't believe my eyes,

I saw a first generation LS400, and the color was Dusty Rose Pink! I'll get a picture up soon enough...

not only was he breaking rules of good taste, but he was also driving in the diamond carpool lane without having a passenger, this guy has chutzpah...

Oh, and he also had spinner wheels on it...

My 4 year old has better taste, when he said, Dad, I like our black Lexus 400 much better...

that guy putting spinners on a LS400 doesn's sound like he has taste. I'm gald to hear you son has good taste, and your LS made it down with no problems. I think i should do a roadtrip next year to SD, just to check out the schools
