Anyone knows how to replace rear power window for 90 LS400?

I open the door panel, and find out the window motor is behind the steel frame, and appears to connect to regulator (I think). Don't know what to do next. Anyone can help??

I'm updating this thread hoping someone will join in and please explain how to get at the power window motor inside the door assembly. Getting the interior panel off is no problem, but to get inside the door to where the motor is, sheesh, it seems impossible!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
