persian451 and I will be doing some mods on his 91LS,I will then be able to get some measurments off of his car for the bushings, so I will keep you all informed.

Guys, see if you can fit a '94 tie bar on there. I can probably get you one from local junk yard for testing putposes. Why is it so important? Tom's has a whole set of aftermarket tiebars that would fit 94+ LS but not the lower years.

I want the washers too as well as the bushings, but you havent PMed me back yet.

RETRO -

1994 Celsior would be the 1995-1997 models here.

Different suspension on those models.

Retro,Did you get the end links with the bar and is it thicker than the first gen?

no, I did not get the end links but I can pick them up tomorrow if we need them. I can't tell you if it is thicker or not, I don't have my car.

I don't think you will need the endlinks, but if they are free get them.

Install for bushings on my 96LS the swaybar dia. is 1 1/16 and there is a mod needed to fit the new bushing on, notice the length.

The new bushing mount must be bent both ends up a 1/2" to fit frame of car:
And then you can install back on car withstock bolts and a 5/16 flat washers.

Note remove and install this with car on ground and wheel turned to get access from in front of the wheel.

This is a pic of inside of the old bushing note the crack and shiney spots ..........This is the bushing that make the creaking sound on all LS cars once you install these new bushings and grease them it will be gone!
