wanted to know if anyone has an idea where to find a Y-pipe and middle resonators/silencers for a 1994 LS400 other than the dealer, They wanted 1100 for the part.

Most competent muffler shops will be able to do a stock type replacement. If you are considering a performance upgrade, this topic has been discussed and a search will turn it up. Look for Muffler delete mod and it will branch into like threads.
