Very nice dude! I was going to put the screen right under the vents but then opted to put some gauges there instead and keep the flip out screen.

Cool

Thanks Retro and Thai. I appreciate the props. Hows your project coming along retro? Keep us updated plz I am very interested! Beautiful progress. As far as your decision to have gauges instead I dont blame you becuz of your engine plans! The climate control is just a matter of lengthening the wires and running them under your wood console. I hade to take that whole part of the car apart and run them wher the rear air tunnel is. It was a pain! Make sure u lengthen the wire and then conenct in on other side before going on to another one! Theres way too many wires to keep track of otherwise. I myself love neat wiring so it took forever for me to be satisfied without leaving a mess. The monitor I dont reccomend doing unless you have prior Video experience because although its nothing out of the ordinary it can get ugly! Good luck to anyone who decides to do such a thing.

Did you actually run the wires inside the air duct?

Yes I did retro. I tried to do them otherwise but it was nasty and crowded. so I put them in the front .ran them thru and out the back. Then I put a rubber grommet over where they entered and left to maintain some sort of air flow. It was fairly effective other than little bits and pieces getting blown out the back vent in the beginning .
