try to find a junk yard beauty and get a good peice.........someone on here is parting out a LS which appears to be the same as yours...that a first gen?

yup, first gen... but do I really need a whole new piece?... it looks like some clip just broke or came off.

oohhhh i see.....I couldn't tell from the pic.....

aren't they just held in with screws? take a look at the clips on teh rest of the panel..

Its held in by screws. Maybe the plastic just "ripped" in the area of one or
two screws. A quick fix I used was I went to home depot, and bought huge
washers (2" wide) with a whole small enough to hold the screw, and put
it back in place. I hope this makes sense to you.

i get that all the time.. its really a pain in the butt to fix, because once u fix one, another will mess up..
