I can't say about other years for either of these cars, but a 1992 differential does NOT fit the 1990 LS400. I can say I know because I tried it and the frame mounts are different.

If I were to assume a little more, I'd say it won't fit the 1991-1992 models either. I'm not sure about 1993+.

yeah i was dissapointed i was going to buy a 92 sc400 rear end, but then i saw the 2 at a lexus dealer on the computer and they were pretty different so i just got a 94 ls rear end
