I just noticed that one of the lug nuts on the wheels is missing. Given I don't want the whole set, where can I buy just one, and more over I tried to put the nut from another car but that didn't fit. Do they have different sizes for different cars ? If so what size goes on the 90 LS ?

I would say any Toyota lug nut from an aluminum rim from a Junkyard will work fine. Take a lug nut out and notice the diffrence at the base and get the same one at the junkyard...

For balancing shake, you should get the lug nut with the same size & weight as the other nuts on the same wheel. One nut at the dealer is not going to set you back much. If you're price concious, a well stock Pepboys should have the size you need.
